The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice balcony. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Plus, the breakfast had a wide variety of choices and the staff was very kind.
The boat itself was quite old and outdated, and it didn't seem like it had been properly cleaned. The balcony was dirty, with cigarette butts scattered around.

Quiet hotel and friendly staff
The info about the distance to the Charle's bridge is not correct. The hotel is more than 2 km distance to the center and there's no suitable public transport nearby.

Great view. Pleasant staff with fair english level.
Breakfast buffet was very poor. Internet connection and TV service very slow and basic. Towels and hygiene products very limited. Room was not very sound proof and we had no lights in the hall to access the room at night. It was not possible to go to upper deck to have an outside view. And the window curtains were so short that morning light wake us up.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent. The room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of the river. The staff were friendly, helpful, and respectful of guest privacy. The location was perfect, close to public transportation and in a quiet area.
Hotel breakfast could be improved by offering a larger selection of toiletries.

The position is very good, near the metro and at 3 metro stations from center (10 minutes from center), the view is very nice, the rooms are not so big but sufficient. The prices of the restaurant for the dinner are excelent comparing to other restaurants. I recomand also the wine. The breakfast was OK.
In one night they had a party in the restaurant and if you had the windows opend there was noise.
